AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CARRIER, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A PACKING MONITORING NUMBER (PLEASE REMEMBER TO CONSULT YOUR SPAMS, OUR MESSAGES LIKE SOMETIMES TO HIDE THERE).

WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY IN DELIVERY BY THE CARRIER. FOR SAFETY REASONS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER IN POSTAL BOXES.

IN CASE OF ABSENCE  AT DELIVERY time,  YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE CONVEYOR TO AGREE WITH A NEW DELIVERY. IF YOU CAN NOT BE DELIVERED, THE PARCEL WILL BE RETURNED. WE WILL OFFER YOU TO IT SEND AGAIN AT YOUR EXPENSE.

WE GIVE VERY SPECIAL CARE IN MAKING OUR JEWELLERY, BUT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY EXCHANGE IT OR ASK FOR EITHER A REFUND OR A 6 MONTH VALID CREDIT NOTE ON OUR WEBSITE.

PLEASE INFORM US OF THIS DECISION BY MAIL (TO : BIJOUX.VINGTETUNGRAMMES@GMAIL.COM) AND SPECIFY THE RETURN MODE CHOSEN (EXCHANGE, CREDIT NOTE OR REFUND).

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO REQUEST RETURN, CREDIT OR REFUND. AFTER OUR VALIDATION, THE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 7 DAYS. ALL CUSTOMED OR SPECIALLY SIZED ITEM, CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AS IT IS STIPULATED IN THE ARTICLE L121-21-8 OF THE CONSUMER CODE.

THE JEWEL MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED, MODIFIED, WASHED OR DETERIORATED AND MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY NON-CONFORMING RETURN WILL BE REJECTED.  THE ITEMS WILL BE RE-SHIP BACK AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

RETURN FEES ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE. AS YOU ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISPATCH, WE ADVISE YOU TO RETURN THE JEWEL BY TRACKING SHIPMENT AND TO SEND US THE TRACKING NUMBER. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE JEWEL IS LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER DURING THIS SHIPMENT, IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

FOR ANY REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST, VINGT ET UN GRAMMES WILL MAKE THE REFUND ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 30 DAYS (30) FROM THE RECEIVING OF THE JEWEL IN OUR OFFICES.
